When you submit the contact form on this site, we collect the information you enter: your name, email address, phone number, and your message. We use it solely to respond to your inquiry and provide a service estimate.
If you contact us by phone or email instead, we receive whatever information you choose to share in that communication.
Information Collected Automatically
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site. It sets cookies and collects standard technical data such as pages viewed, approximate geographic location (city-level, derived from IP address), device and browser type, referring website, and interactions like clicking a phone number or submitting a form. This data is used in aggregate to improve the site. We do not send your name, email, or phone number to Google Analytics.
Our site is served through Cloudflare, which processes basic request data (including IP address) to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
Cookies
Cookies are small files stored by your browser. This site uses analytics cookies as described above. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings; the site will still work, though our analytics will not count your visit. You can also opt out of Google Analytics across all sites using Google's browser opt-out add-on.

How Long We Keep Information
Inquiry records are retained as long as needed to serve you and to meet ordinary business, tax, and legal requirements. Google Analytics event data is retained for 14 months, after which it is deleted automatically.

This site is served over encrypted HTTPS connections, and we limit access to inquiry information to people who need it to do their jobs. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your Choices
